General Mills vegetable fat processing plant
In 2021, the work on the General Mills vegetable fat processing plant was completed.
The ambitious project to fully automate the process started in 2020 with the intense collaboration of the two engineering teams TFM and General Mills. The solution resulting from this work has borne fruit and the installation is already in full operation.
The process includes the formulation of vegetable fat for 5 lines independently, the storage and feeding of the process lines, the CIP cleaning system completely automated for each section of the line.
The complete automation of the process and CIP was designed and developed by TFM technicians.
